Effective June 1, 2012,
Kapes line of telecommunications products was discontinued. After that date technical support continued to be available, provided primarily to assist those whose products remained under warranty or were of recent-vintage. Support for legacy products was available on a limited basis. Parts were available as inventory allowed.
Effective June 1, 2018,
support for all products will be discontinued. In addition, replacement parts will no longer be available.
